Your Microsoft 365 licence can already do the admin.
We make it.
FlowOps AI helps UK SMEs replace inbox chasing, disconnected spreadsheets and repetitive document work with structured workflows and AI-assisted automation — built on the tools you already own.
Most businesses already own the tools — they’re just not joined together.
Critical work still runs through inboxes, disconnected spreadsheets and manual chasing. The result: wasted hours, inconsistent handovers and no visibility.
Requests buried in inboxes
No single intake, no ownership, no audit trail. Things fall through the cracks.
Spreadsheets doing the wrong job
Trackers that need manual updates, break under pressure and tell you nothing in real time.
The same manual steps, every time
Onboarding, approvals, reminders, reporting — rebuilt by a person, every single time.
FlowOps turns Microsoft 365 into an operating system for your business.
You already have Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams and SharePoint. We connect them around your actual processes.
- Structured intake — one place, every request
- Automated handoffs with notifications and SLA tracking
- Real-time visibility without manual reporting
- AI agents that guide users and trigger actions
- No new software — works with what you have
Practical automation for admin-heavy teams
Start with discovery, prove value through a controlled pilot, then scale what works. No big-bang projects.

Designed to be safe, measurable and scalable
Every engagement starts with the business outcome, not the technology.
Discover
Map processes, users, data flows and pain points. Define measurable success criteria before touching any technology.
Validate
Check security, licensing, integrations, DLP policies, data sensitivity and technical feasibility.
Design
Define the target solution across Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and reporting — before writing a line of code.
Pilot
Build one controlled workflow, test with real users and measure impact against the pre-agreed baseline.
Scale
Roll out across teams, train users, monitor performance and track ROI — with full documentation handed over.
Watch a process before and after
Pick a workflow. Same job — with the manual steps removed.

- Teams pings at every handoff
- Full audit trail, zero chasing
What that’s worth over a year
Finance chases every invoice by hand
Someone checks the aged-debtor list, drafts each reminder, sends it, notes it in a spreadsheet, then remembers to follow up. Things get missed.
Reminders send themselves, on schedule
Power Automate watches the finance tracker, sends staged reminders automatically, logs every step and escalates overdue accounts to the right person.
Illustrative example: 3.5 hours/week saved at a loaded staff cost of £25/hour. Your discovery sprint produces numbers specific to your business — that's the point of it.

Read at sourceHow FlowOps works
Automation built on proven business analysis.
FlowOps AI is built on extensive experience in process analysis and implementation. Every engagement starts the same way: your processes are mapped, measured and validated before anything is built — so automation solves the right problem first time.
That analysis discipline is combined with Microsoft-certified Power Platform delivery — connecting the Microsoft 365 tools you already own to the way your team actually works.
Simple starting points
Every engagement starts with an Automation Opportunity Assessment, delivered at three levels — flexible to your readiness and your level of investment. Fixed fee, fixed scope, evidence first: implementation is then quoted as fixed-price options from the findings, so you only build what the numbers justify.
Focused Assessment
A structured assessment of one area or function — where the admin load is obvious and you want evidence fast.
- Up to 5 stakeholder interviews
- 5–15 automation opportunities identified
- Up to 2 priority processes assessed in detail
- High-level ROI estimate
- Findings summary and recommendations
Standard Assessment
The recommended option — enough depth to make confident implementation decisions across the business, without over-extending discovery.
- Up to 8 stakeholder interviews
- 10–25 automation opportunities identified
- Up to 4 priority processes assessed in detail
- ROI and payback assessment
- Phased implementation roadmap
Extended Assessment
For wider or more complex reviews across multiple teams and systems — deeper evidence for bigger decisions.
- Up to 12 stakeholder interviews
- 20–40 automation opportunities identified
- Up to 6 priority processes assessed in detail
- Deeper business cases per opportunity
- Roadmap plus fixed-price build options

Common questions
Do we need to buy new software?
In most cases, no. If your team uses Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Premium, you likely already have access to Power Apps and Power Automate at a basic level. Some advanced features require a Power Platform premium licence (around £15–20 per user per month), and Copilot Studio has separate licensing. We always flag any licence costs clearly during the discovery sprint — there are no surprises.
How long before we see results?
Most pilots are scoped to show measurable time savings within four weeks of starting. The discovery sprint itself — typically one to two weeks — often surfaces quick wins your team can act on immediately, before any build work starts.
We don't have a technical team. Can you still help?
Absolutely — this is the typical situation. We handle all the technical build. Your team just needs to describe how work currently flows: who does what, in what order, and where the pain points are. We translate that into working automation, and train your team at handover so they can maintain and adjust things themselves.
Is our business data secure?
Yes. Everything we build sits inside your existing Microsoft tenant and is subject to your existing security policies and permissions. We never store, access or process your business data externally. Part of our validation step is a thorough security and data sensitivity review to make sure every automation is compliant with your own policies and relevant regulations.
Do you only work with large companies?
The opposite. We focus on SMEs and lean organisations with roughly 10 to 250 staff — the teams with the most to gain: high admin load, limited capacity to build technology internally, and a Microsoft 365 subscription they're not fully using. Large enterprises usually have in-house teams for this work.
What happens after the pilot?
The pilot is designed to prove value with low risk. Once you have a working automation and measured results, you can roll it out further, add workflows, or stop — there's no obligation. Many clients use the pilot to build internal confidence and get budget approved for a larger programme. We'll always give you an honest view of what makes sense next.
What does the discovery call involve?
A free, no-obligation 30-minute conversation. We ask about your team size, your Microsoft 365 setup, the processes that take the most time, and what a good outcome looks like. At the end we tell you honestly whether automation can help and what the best starting point is. No sales pressure.
The admin is costing you more than you think.
Most clients are surprised by how much time the first discovery session finds. Let’s find yours.
